No one ran a holiday 5k but me?! LOL! I'm faster than that normally, but I was running with my daughter who was setting all the run walk breaks and hasn't been running much. Ha! Awesome! I'll take it!

It was only a holiday for those north of the border and I'm not sure how many other Canadians are involved in this game.
The way that the Calendar has fallen this year, July 4th falls in the week after July 1st, so I suspect there will be many more race miles this week.
I'm wondering if this is the first time the 10K winning time has been shorter than the 5K winning time?
Oh sure. Further point out we ran a real turtle pace.
And it's not just Canada Day runs. I expected someone would've run a parkrun this weekend.
That's the best thing! I always love running with my daughter but hate how my times look at the end, like there should be a * next to the race time. So cool that running with her still got you a point!
