i mostly do triathlon in the summer but i do have some good ones coming up! troika half ironman on the 5th danskin triathlon uh ... some time in august? escape from the gorge on the 9th black diamond triathlon on the 23rd

Hello- joined the group a few minutes ago- Live in Belltown. Any running groups along here, Greenlake etc. to push me beyond 5-6 miles? Just realized that I run farther in a group! Thx, Mani
