Well then ... I guess the best thing to do is go work out as soon as you get up.
I was watching Dr. Oz recently and he advocated working out first thing in the morning without so much as a bite to eat. I also came across this article: http://www.motleyhealth.com/diet-and-nutrition/exercising-after-dieting-can-increase
It's nice that winter is over and it's not so hard to get up. I'm taking Synthroid and Cytomel, but I do enjoy that cup of freshly ground Italian roast early in the morning. Oh well ... coffee tastes bad when you work out. Guess it's better going to be better after.
