Hope for speedy recovery. Said he hit the same rock hundred of times on his run but his time it just gave way.
“Paralysis-to-50k” training plan is underway!
Ouch. Hopefully he'll be able to return to running again at a high level.

What a horrible accident. I hope he'll recover, and his leg will heal up again.
Run for fun.
Hopeful he'll make a full recover. Rescue folks are great.
