A nice warm day in central PA. Temp in the mid 60's, unfortunately it's wet and rainy. Getting ready to head up on the mountain for 5-10 miles. All depends on how I feel. I didn't run for over two weeks during hunting season, now I've put on 37 miles in the past six days. The legs are rebelling but I'll let them rest tomorrow.
QOTD: What is the weather like in your area? So far we are 11 degrees above our long term average for the month. Been a lot of damp, dank, cloudy day. The next week is predicted to be colder, but still above average.
45 minutes of intervals on the treadmill today. Migh borrow the BiL's GSP for a few more miles. It's cold- 5* here in mn.

13 miles Estatoe-North Slope trails. First longish run in a while. Foot feels OK.

Yesterday felt like late March, early April. Today....early March. I can't say I don't love it! It will be a big adjustment once winter inevitably arrives. I love spring running!
