Hi! I've been MIA for a while. My running has been minimal due to the usual family difficulties....and a new one...trying to get the medical community to figure out if my dad has cancer. The er doc told us he would need hospice care...but so far no definatvie tests he has cancer at all.

Anyhoo....we are getting a lively winter ice storm today after a long stretch of spring like weather. I had some nice runs during the great weather...I'll take a mild winter any time. The one nice thing about not getting the chance to run much is that every time I do run I appreciate being out there.

I have not kept up...I hope everyone e is doing well!
