first up is a Montane Dragon 20 liter- I've used this for a couple of overnighters, but would be just as useful for longer runs where you need to carry a bit of gear; this pack carries very nicely even with an overnight load- the bottle are very handy to use

next is a Mountain Hardwear Fluid 6, I've used this for some long runs in the mountains and the Beaverhead 55k last summer- it's bladder compatible (doesn't come w/ a bladder)- it's got enough room for the essentials for a long run or race- very lightweight (9.9 oz) and carries nicely
