9 miles yesterday. 2 miles uphill and 7 miles down. Quad buster.

Moved yedi or not till 2/20. Weather will be worse not better. Will see what happens.

Cradle to Grave 30k 5/14. This is a great race. The trail up to grave yard fields is one of the best trails in the Blue Ridge.
