    I don't know about you folks but my nutrition/supplementation often takes a

    back seat to my overall training.

        I think they get the reason for not taking Creatine wrong: it is not fear for building muscle, but the fact that it increases water retention and therefore weight a lot.

         

        Other than that and Powdered greens, I take them all though.
