Ran 6 yesterday and then drove up into the mountains to hang out with a friend camping....goal was to get up and run for 2 hours....uggghhh drank too much! Drove home and laid by the river for a couple of hours... Now doing a marathon ... Ok a Breaking Bad Marathon on the
couch.

went on a really neat day hike today w/ my DW and another couple, very cool and rainy/misty all day, but the effort was worth it- 12 miles and over 4500' of elevation and some killer views (sorry the pics don't do it any justice)
