Friend of mine posted this video that captures all the cool visual images of Trail Running in my neck of the woods.
It is a promo for a Vacation rental house and run-cation company. But I've run those trails and any of you could also.

I agree. Running in that area constantly can't be good for your mental health. Rocky I think you should immediately move away, keep your house there and have all of us take turns house sitting it for you and running those trails. That way we can see how good we have it where we are now .
That's a nice area. Now I'm jealous.

Thanks for sharing Rocky. Sonoma is a beautiful area. I've only been there once to spend any time and I need to get back.
