No AT I'm not under a car in the driveway. It's in the Garage . Funny you say that. I changed oil in one several days ago and when I was under it I noticed that I was off to the side on the one ramp a little. Made sure I didn't jostle it too much.
Life has been busy and I just started staying off the internet except for work and to check on my investments, and I'm not really following that as much as I should be. One company I was watching flash crashed on Friday and I missed a buying opportunity . Just logged on today to update the few miles I have been putting in.
Havn't been running much. Mostly biking and even the past week has been a bust for that.. Today I took DS's 27.5er up on the mountain. 38.6 miles on some nice trails. We both beat each other up. The bleeding has stopped and the skin should be healed by the next time I'm able to go next week. Good ride. Having trouble typing. Hands are cramping. I see a new bike in my future but first I gotta rent a 29er to see which size it will be.
Heading off to MI for several days. Hoping the weather is good enough to get in a bike ride or two on the rail trail.
Runner - Welcome to the group.
Queen - Bummer about the Alaska trip.
QOTD: Nothing on a regular basis. When I'm doing a hilly race I'll do hill repeats. Occasionally I'll work on some speed. Right Now I just need to work on trying to actually run once a week or so.
Sue
You miss read...parents book the trip and than backed out!

It's my Friday too... off tomorrow and heading up to Tahoe on Friday! No run today, a few easy miles tomorrow, and 50 miles on Saturday.
Warden, what's in the NW corner of Montana? Besides your cabin?
Couch, at least your rattly friend was visible!
Sue, bummer on the AK trip. AK is on my (long) list of places to see.
SIAM, welcome! Did anyone tell you the part about posting pics from your running adventures too? Extra points if you make a Warden face.
QOTD: Most of the races I do involve hills, so I always try to add extra hills to my runs.
Hi to all.

Relatively cool this evening so I got in 6.4 miles with the second half noticeably faster.
Sue - that's a major disappointment. My Alaska trip was one of those once in a lifetime vacations. Hope you can try again maybe next year.
qotd: I try to regularly include so called specialty workouts. At the very least I'll throw in some fartlek or interval workouts and try to get in a hill workout or two monthly.
