I did a very slow jog around downrown Shanghai this morning (Wed), it was a slog, warm, drizzle, and humid.  I feel like I will recover quickly from the weekend, but still these first few day are gonna be slow.

I'm near the top of the wait list (never started) for Hardrock in 3 weeks. Not sure I'll answer the bell if they call though, we'll see. (UPDATE: My DD called and told me that I am now No.1 on the wait list.  She said I have to "recover fast", she also said that if I was a horse she'd put me in a very small pasture. LOL.)  By the way I can't see the wait list because China and Google don't play nicely and evidently the Hardrock website uses a link to a Goggle drive for the wait list.

I did see a pair of boobies on a cool day while running a trail in the scenic woods/fjords of Norway a few years ago, she was sunbathing, I do count that as one of my nicer runs. :-)
