I ran 4 mi, almost niggle free!!! Knee was not too bad. I stayed on the flats.  Ran to and around a big park that used to be a US Army base when I lived here 25 years ago. They did a great job with it. Super valuable flat land, but great they made it a park.

qotd: I think I’ll try paddle boarding and wind surfing one of these days. I did a lot of body surfing and some regular surfing as a kid.
