One thing I do is called "8-minute Abs" - you can find it online.
It is very old school but it has made my core crazy strong - no six pack you can see!

However, I do not so 8 minutes.
I do every single routine with 50 reps - not 45 seconds like in the video.
Just the eight minutes will wear you out of you have not been working out already.
The 50 reps will get you too - I do this at least twice a day, plus my other stuff.
