Afternoon all!
Plan on getting in 8 miles, cycling on rollers, and abs/core after work today.
QOTD: I have a training plan laid out in RunningAhead's calendar. I can't commit to the plan because things change. I found that when I tried to adhere strongly to a plan it really messed with my head when things didn't go as planned. Basically, I try to lay things out each week, which doesn't necessarily make it into the training plan, but I keep in my head what those goals are. Trying to hit 3 workouts/day- 6 days/week has really helped bring consistency to my workouts...even if I don't make mileage goals I still feel like I'm not slacking.

Even if you're not...it's not like the shorts/shoes are going to go bad...
