Gone in 4.3 miles and played around with the weights at the gym.

QOTD  Are you watching football today, or could you really not care?

I'm  really hoping that my Steelers can pull off a miracle and win today.

    AT-runner

    Tim

Ran 14 on a Maryland section of the  AT.  Had a lot of big climbs and large rocks. Snow flurries on the way back made it nice. Temperatures were dropping during he run and it was 31* at the start and 29* at the finish.

QOTD:  Yes, watching as I type. Carolina looks good. My Redskins are out, so picking anyone but the NE Cheatriots.

      “Paralysis-to-50k” training plan is underway!

Was going to run but stacked some wood and then just got busy putting around in the yard...rain should hit soon.  If I run it's going to be a shorty...will do a longer one tomorrow.

qOTD:  no..not watching..but I'm going to put together a super ball pool when I get to work Tuesday.  I tried tho google who was playing and couldn't even quickly locate what teams are remaining.

Slaving away at work again. It's been busy. Hopefully things will calm down enough that I can go out and walk around the parking lot as well as do some walking lunges.  For some reason I'm feeling extremely tired . Can hardly keep my eyes open.

QOTD:  Trying to do some paperwork and watch the game at the same time.  For some reason as soon as the games start people start calling 911 . Never figured out why but it almost never fails.

My plan now is to sneak long runs in on sat or sundays. I will try to change my work schedule so I'll get off those days at 3 pm so I have daylight.

In April I want to run a 50km on Cape Cod. Then a 10k in May and maybe a road marathon in May as well depending on how I feel.

QOTD: Not a football guy. I do geek out on World Cup soccer and Olympics.

Hi folks.  40 miles this week, finishing up with 14.5 today.  Rain held off until later in the afternoon.  I'll admit I planted myself in front of the TV to watch football for the rest of the day.  I don't feel strongly about any of the teams remaining (49ers were out of it before the season began, but don't get me started...) but I still enjoy watching.  I tend to root against Seattle so am happy they're out.  Will be rooting against NE next weekend.
