Did 20 mi this morning on the flat hike/bike path along the river.  A pretty good run, but it did get hot for the last half hour or so.

qotd: I know this is going to jinx things, but I don't fall that often.  No one witnessed my most embarrassing fall, it was on a pre-dawn run on a SIDEWALK!!!  Didn't see the 8 inch diameter tree laying across the sidewalk and the next thing I knew I was flying in the air full superman mode.  When I hit the pavement with my arms out in front, it totally messed up my shoulder and it has taken over a year to get back to 'almost' normal.
