well we enjoyed a pretty nice (but normal) May and June with lots of 60’s and 70’s, comes to a screeching halt today with forecast highs in the 90’s

got a really nice 6.5 miles in with my DW and Tiny Elvis

enjoyed steak and lobster later, along with some binge watching of the Staircase

will hit the air conditioned gym after work
