Did 45 min on the stationary bike, I'm going crazy on that f'ing thing!!! But I do get a workout without any impact/stress on the foot, so the foot gets rest while I'm sweating my ass off. They actually posted an elevation chart for my upcoming run, heights are in meters; the bump at 45k and then the sustained incline at 65k should be fun.
Today (Wed.) I'm taking a rest day and getting a massage after work. Let the taper begin. . .
qotd: At home we use a gas grill (it's just too damn convenient). We don't have a smoker, but our next door neighbor does.
