Faster Than Your Couch!
Jamie, I believe you are right with the overheating and nutrition. No generic, simply, easy-to-follow solutions there. And sometimes the heat really gets me and ruins a run (or race, been there and done it), and sometimes I do really well. Not something that's easy to foresee. Go figure.
