QOTD: Up at 6:30. Wake up the 14 year old and get her moving. I try to be in the office by 8-ish.

4.5 miles pm easy with some short hill repeats at the endQOTD: Work days I wake up anywhere from 6-6:30 and have to be out the door by 6:45 to walk to work by 7:00. Work day runs anytime after 5 pm. Days off I get up usually around 8 or 9 and will go outside to run or ski around noon.
