Great job on toughing it out. Those little rocks can be a killer. I also like reading about this one because I used to run those trails when I lived in Ramsey, NJ.
Next up: I think a 50 miler in April.
You're reinforcing what I'm living right now: my weakest link is my feet, and some of us need to take special care to condition them properly for long distances.

I didn't mention it in the report, but everything was great organization-wise...started on time, course was well marked (I missed a turn but when I went back there were 3 plates, so my fault), I didn't eat a ton but I do like the gummy bears and dr. pepper...seemed to be plenty of stuff, and the volunteers did a nice job also. No complaints only compliments...keep up the good work!
