Turned in 5.1 miles. Should have went for more but I procrastinated on getting out and going so had to get back to go into work. Weather still felt a little hotter than I would have liked. Still turned in a really good time even though I took it relatively easy.
4 perfectly flat miles along the Chesapeake bay. Might have even qualified as a tempo run, too.

runtrail - That picture brings back memories of living in Southern Maryland. Looks like the saltwater mash where we would catch Perch by the hundreds.
NHLA - Interesting formation there. NC has some really nice scenery

After 13 straight days I decided it was time for a rest.
QOTD: I run the same route or something close enough that it might as well be almost every day. For variation I drive to one of the local parks once a week or so.
