I did a 3 mi instant run before work this morning.
I think we need some Halloween photos. Remember, no photo = it didn't happen.
qotd: I'll be running in the woods all day and then into the evening. No costume for me other than my scary/smelly 'running stuff'. Halloween is starting to take hold here, but I don't think they really 'get it' though, more like older people dressing up and going to bars.... wait...... maybe they do get it !!!!
