Faster Than Your Couch!
No run yet, work, life, and a group dinner came in between me and my run. Maybe a few midnight miles under the stars later to cap off the day.

QOTD: I saw a runner just about to start his run. He was an older guy and had his older, big Golden Retriever with him on the leash. When he took off the leash, he looked at the dog, and the dog looked at him. They both nodded, as if they were two old friends and had just agreed on the route and the pace. Then they headed out, side by side. That made me smile!

I woke up early to run. Maybe 3.5 or so. It was dark and clear and lots of stars. It was a mere 38 degrees and I needed gloves and a hat. I smiled.
