A mix of hike and run. Total for the 7 days was 43.5 miles with about 10.2K of gain.
Really nice, I will visit that area some day.
No bears?

Hardly any large wildlife at all on the trail except for a mule deer that ran right across the trail about 15m in front of me. Lots of squirrels,ground squirrels, and rabbits.
I lost my rama
Beautiful pics! Thanks for sharing. When I was a kid, my sister and I paddled a canoe across Lake Louise. I'll have to go back there someday.
