I hiked 11 yesterday. My knee is still not great and I am trying not to do too much that might cause additional problems with my IT and lower leg. I had an injection...hoping it will get better soon.

Mandy: I understand you are going through a tough time. As someone who battled depression for many years I know it can be a quagmire. Brain chemicals...if you need an anti depressant to get through a tough patch don't hesitate. As for opportunity...once you feel better there are SO many possibilities. Grab the world by the tail and give it a whirl.
