ahhh- look like they should work well
Watoni and Warden--My running bud tried the La Sportive system and kept losing the spikes. Seemed like a PITA to me. They work well when they stay in the shoe.
I guess if they twist in nicely that must also twist out....

Do you know what shoes he was using them in? I have heard (and am hoping) they stay put very well in Sportivas with cleats. Just into the sole of the shoe I could see more issues. We'll see ....
