Thanks. I am going to put together a little synopsis of things tonight or tomorrow. I feel great today, and I could actually run if it wasn't for really taking a nasty fall coming into Bull's Gap. I really messed up my right shin, but it should be fine in a day or so.

LB2, very glad to hear you are recovering well. Better than I did, when I did it a few years ago it took me a few months for my ankles to feel "normal" again.
