I did get that run in after work last night, 5 mi up on the single track.  It felt great since I hadn't been up there in a while since I was traveling last week.  Today is a SRD, just too much going on and I slept in this morning.

qotd: most trails here are not marked, but they don't need it since they are well worn trails.  There are intersecting trails and every once in a while there will be helpful signs, like this (I think I posted this photo a while ago). The big letters say "sup-gil", but I have no idea what that means, except maybe it's the name of the trail.
