    Just 2.5 yesterday easy.

     

    Qotd: I haven't had a running injury for a couple years now. I also didn't run much for those couple years. Last year around this time I did increase to 15 mile long run but was taken out of training by a huge raw blister on my heel from accidentally joining a marathon training group in new shoes during a 30 min run. I saw people running and went with them for a couple hours. After the blister healed I was already on Catalina Island and swam for fitness instead of running. This year id be lieing if I said I wasn't sore 50% of them time now that I'm actually training. Tho, I think last month I only had to sit out one day from a calf pain and might sitnout today from a ham issue.
