No run today. I turned 60 today and went out to dinner after work today with my parents. Looking forward to the weekend. Hoping for a long run on a trail I have not run in a while. See if it feels as good at 60 as it did at 59.
Ordered new shoes! Birthday Shoes! Last year's VFF's were 50% off. They are bright yellow. I'm also going to order a pair of Vivobarefoots Primus Trail SG. I have a rugged race planned for September that five fingers may not work well. Love getting new shoes!
