QOTD I don't specifically walk for training but I walk a lot with my jobs. I mow a large putting green 3 to 4 times a week and that is 2.7 miles of walking at about 17 minute miles each time. I probably walk another 15 to 20 miles doing landscaping and regular mowing a week.
Push mowing counts; it works great.

Are we there, yet?
Had a great run today, or rather run-walk which seemed appropriate with today's qotd. Fastest pace for a run that long since last August. Hope that's a good sign for Saturday's race.
2024 Races:
03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles
05/11 - D3 50K 05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour
06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.
I did 9 yesterday, the first 5 were ok but then the wheels fell off after that. Just sluggish, I think from the humidity with a mix of jet lag.
Today is a SRD.
Queen, I also hope that they are not charging you for all those revisits. What a pain in the ass!!
qotd 1: I don't specifically train for walking, even though I know there will be walking involved.
qotd 2: early morning, even though humidity is max!!
2/17/24 - Forgotten Florida 100 Mile, Christmas, FL
