                    Thanks everyone - it was not "comfortable", but I was able to get some miles in.

                    The elites are so cool to watch on a short loop like North Coast - especially Harvey Lewis - this year's Badwater winner.

                    He passed me many many times - once he reminded me to move my arms more to get more power.

                    And I am close to not referring to my wreck anymore.

                    It has defined me for 6 months and I have a long way to go, but I look forward to forgetting it all and just being my normal slow poke ultra person.
