I took a SRD on Monday, my cold is still lingering but I feel I turned the corner this morning (Tues).  I'll spare you the details but things are starting to, shall we say, loosen up.  I may run after work today.

I actually crated a little RR from my weekend jaunt, will put it in a separate RR.
