Happy Friday all!
Rest day yesterday and probably today. The winds have arrived and running with a stroller in the wind sucks! My wife gets home tonight after being out of town all week, so hope to get out on the trails for a good run tomorrow.
Lace - ouch, not much worse than a sharp object in the foot! Hope it heals up well.
QOTD: 156 miles for the dog and I in January, with 66 of those miles pushing DS in the stroller.

QOTD: 148.4 miles, probably 135 miles for Rocky

Afternoon folks!
It's snowing here (finally)!
I'll get in 5 or so after work today.
Lace, you have my sympathy.
QOTD: I'll end up with 75 for January.
My highest total since April of last year. I got sidelined with a number of injuries (broken foot, knee issues, stepping on two nails, one in each foot within 2 weeks of each other, etc) over the last little while. It feels good to be working back into things.

Kelly: Ouch, that hurts. I hope it will heal up soon.
Jamie: Once you've served your break time, you'll be up and running again, hopefully with less pain!
QOTD: 125 miles, but it might be a bit more, I've still been slacking with my log. Still way below what it should be, but I'm getting there - at least, I have my motivation and fun back!
Run for fun.
Going for 5 on a snowy path after work.
Hope everyone has a great weekend!
QOTD If I get 5 in today it will be 130 for the month.

Short but nice run through the trees today. I've been pretty focused on my new job lately. Which sucks up a lot of time, energy and brain power.
QOTD: 13.8 miles. Record low. Also, I have a record high resting heart rate lately.
QOTD: After today's run, will be at 116.5 for Jan.

Ya know.... There's nothin' like a good screw!!!!
I did 5 miles this evening. Camping out at my DD apartment in Huntsville, TX tonight. A little couch surfing. We're going to work at DamNation AS at RR100 tomorrow. Not sure if I'm also going to pace, but I brought my stuff just in case...
qotd: no idea.
