I'll run 4 after work. I got up to run this morning, but I decided to drink coffee and watch the tropics on the weather channel.

QOTD: Will you meet most, all, or any of your running goals for 2016?

No. I don't think I will meet any of my initial running goals for 2016. I have not had much motivation during this hot summer to run the kind of miles I wanted. I am hoping that I can get a good jump start on 2017 when the temperatures cool down in a few weeks. I have had a terrible year for running, but I am glad to be alive, healthy, and still running. Of course, I am due for a slow year; I have run a lot the past few years. In the long run, the lower mileage is probably a good thing. I could still churn out a decent 50K if the weather was right, though. At least, I believe I could.
