I ran a sort of fast 5 this morning. I am pretty much tapering, but I will get 40 to 45 miles in this week, probably 43 to be exact.

QOTD: How long have you been at your current job?

15 to 16 years. I start a new job next week. I just accepted the offer. It is really a transfer, but it is with another college in our system. The culture is different, but I know a lot of the people. It is exciting but also a little scary.
