thanks for posting that. I love your attitude. You seem like an awesome person.
I hope things go well with your recovery.
(You should tell the RD to give you credit for that ridiculously long starting chute. I'd call that a solid 100 foot effort!)

I have to admit I was a little scared for you as that lady came screaming across the trail towards you. LOL
Mory is one of my best trail running friends - I met her at one of my first trail events.
She is SO much fun and is always crazy excited for us.
She cannot run right now, so she is volunteering everywhere.
Sweet gal.

+1 that was at least 100 footer with that long chute.
Keep up the good work Charles, keep that attitude, it is infectious!

That's awesome, Charles! I love your outlook.
I recently had surgery and can't run either, so it looks like I am in excellent company!
Running is dumb.

Congratulations on your DNF. Without a doubt that was one of the best DNF stories I have ever seen or read. Keep up the continued progress, and I'm looking forward to next years 100 mile video RR.
“Paralysis-to-50k” training plan is underway!
I was also going to say that that starting chute was way longer than your ultra. Congratulations on the DNF !!!!!
Hang in there.
I also liked the other video of the headlights.

Sounds like that may be a WR for a 100 inch ultra. Hoping to see you at NC 24 on the comeback trail.
