is there a way to put treadmill miles on it?
I mostly got it for the pace and distance after my garmin died but I would still like to ne able to put all my miles on there

Don't use it, but from what I've heard from friends, you can get a foot pod and have it record distance, or manually enter data on their website.
Of course, you won't be able to draw funny pictures while tracking your TM run and post them all over FB.

You can just enter your treadmill miles as a manual activity. (The plus in the upper left corner if you’re on mobile.)
Running is dumb.
