Can you tell?  That was from a 15k trail race last Friday night...I ended up not needing the headlamp, since I was a little faster than I expected.  Less than 3 weeks to the North Country Trail Relay and I can't friggin' wait!  I think I could give up road running in exchange for trail running and biking exclusively.
