          Kalsarikännit

This is the year that I really focus on doing well at the 24 Hour National Champs, so that means a ton of road racing to get my legs ready for the pounding.  Uck.  Two of the trail ones on the schedule:

            Jan 7  Bandera 100k

            June 11  Hawthorn Half Day

                I'll be running the:

Croom Zoom 100k, Brooksville, FL - January 16th.

Pretty big step for me, this will be my first attempt at anything over 50k.

Made it into Cascade Crest (which closed in less than 10 minutes), so the season is coming together (if only I can hold it together)...

Buzzie - 05/01 - Trail Marathon, Pinckney, MI

Buzzie - 06/11 - Hawthorn Half Day, Terre Haute, IN

I don't see anything listed for November.  I did not get into the Flying Monkey so I am looking for a trail marathon or 50K for November, preferably somewhere in the Midwest.  Any suggestions?

Check out ultrasignup.com  Quite a few listed there.  If you are interested in the Illinois/Wisconsin area, I can provide some basic info on a few of those.

That doesn't matter, either. Then willpower will be no problem."
