You guys are giving me lets of stuff to think about and swimming gives me lots of time to think about this stuff.
The paddle boat makes sense. I spend a lot of time focusing on what my upper body is supposed to be doing and the kick is mostly for body position, especially when I am getting tired.
I had my longest main set today. I kind of wanted to see what I could do. I always do a bunch of drills to get me in the mood but I managed to do 20x100 m. It felt good.
