    Hello Tri-Mates, Any one use Deep Water Running Gear? If so, what kind? Please help! Trent, thanks for the link. I'm thining of doing a Sprinty too... since I'm on the rehab thing... plus swimming is fun!
    running until I hit 1900 miles for the year. whether fast or slow I will just run.

        Muse- What are you rehabbing? I can't remember the equipment an acquaintance used once- I'll try to find out and let you know.

            If swimming is fun, you are nuts. ( Only because that is my weakest sport.) Sorry can't help on deep water running gear.
