If I am up and running I'll join you. This is a Striders of Croydon run. It is up and over the parks and byways through south Croydon which sounds unappealing but is actually mainly off road through woods and trails and is quite hilly. I think I have met the guy who is organising this as I ran with Striders for a month or so back in 2006. They are a pretty slick club so it will be well organised and is not too far to travel for us south of the river
