hey... I was just wondering when a good time to get new shoes would be. I have just over 400 on my current ones, but a lot of that has been on pavement, which I can assume would wear them out a little faster than running on dirt. I'm just thinking about my brooks shoes, which were absolutely dead after 500 miles on trails, and I don't want to get hurt from running on worn out shoes. what would you suggest for me if I decide to get new ones? Also, do you know where i could get some good prices online? Everything around here seems a bit outrageous... (but that's manhattan for you...)
