Old , Ugly and slow
I started running in the woods around cato park in august.
I live right across from cato park.
I am not talking about the trail that the park has.
Does anyone else run in these area.
Also are there trails near the new school or in the edgewood area.

2019 goals 1000 miles , 190 pounds , deadlift 400 touch my toes
I run up on the trails in that area all the time!
