Petco Run/Walk/Wag 5k
did a short, .35 mi, BF run @32F with 24F wind chill a couple of days ago - feet went numb quickly and felt some tingling before long, not overly comfortable. It was 44F with 38F wind chill this morning when I got 2.5 mi in after 3.3 mi in VFF Sprints. No problems with the feet. Comfortable run. Still not sure how to handle lower 30's yet. Our temps have been fluctuating so much. 24F the other morning, 44F this morning... that's Austin for ya!
