Now that was a bath...

    Well after having problems a few days ago when I upped my distance, I was feeling very disheartened. Today however I ran a slow but great 5k and my leg feels good. I definitely need to keep my distance under 7K and I need to keep my pace around 10 minutes - which burns a little, but hey, if it keeps me running, i'll take it! I'm going to stay at 5k for a week, then try to go back up to 6k - which I was coping fine with before I made the stupid jump to 8.5k. Anyhow, I just wanted to share that todays run went well. It sure is an up & down rollercoaster this recovery business! Claire xxx

        You are doing awesome - especially considering the terrain you are running on.
